Dear Future Homeowners of 7524 Powder Horn LN,
My wife and I built this home to retire in. We are lovers of anything water, whether it be the sea, lake, river or pool, and we tried to reflect that in this house. The backyard/pool area was our tranquil place, especially in the summer when the crape myrtles, oleander, Mexican petunia and our potted plants were in bloom.
Unfortunately our plans changed and forced us to re-evaluate our retirement plans and move back to our hometown in Louisiana to be closer to family. We both cried when the last of our things were loaded into the moving van.
We will miss our life here in McKinney, and the wonderful neighbors we have come to know in this great neighborhood. We hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
